If i should be the MOD recruiter with the new mod?

Okay! I'm the official Recruiter. Don't be too excited yet. I'm going to choose only a few people to be Moderators. To let you all know and give you the best of luck, and I'm really strict with applications. So follow the questions as followed and their respectful requirements. THANK YOU!

REQUIREMENTS!

1. No more than once getting arrested into POW/banned.
2. At least 13 years of age.
3. At least speaks decent English
4. Only 1 application every 7 days.
